The Toronto Star is running a piece on Victoria's recent International Arts Symposium. Considering the symposium's theme was "artists of conscience" it isn't surprising to read about some very inspiring street art including the story of a Montreal neighbourhood who turned a laneway into a garden to combat speeding.
